Horrible fit, unresponsive customer service

These pajamas are cut for a grown adult male, not a woman. The shoulders fall off, the cut is too low, the sleeves are way too long, the hips are too narrow. I tried to return this IMMEDIATELY but never got a response back from their customer service team. DO NOT BUY
